Our Story
We started Currie.Foligno Consulting with a simple idea — as two seasoned professionals with extensive global careers, we wanted to bring the skills and experience we gained back home to Herefordshire, where those same capabilities can make a real local difference. Like many, we had to leave our home town to build our careers — not out of choice, but necessity. Having gained decades of Senior Leadership experience in marketing & business strategy and operational & organisational design, we both feel really passionately about helping others succeed closer to home.

We understand the challenges small towns face when it comes to unlocking opportunity, attracting investment and sustaining momentum after the funding arrives. Recently, we have been working with local partners to help bridge that gap — turning plans into delivery, and delivery into lasting impact.

With over 20 years’ experience leading marketing strategy, operations and business transformation at Oracle, I now work with funders, public bodies and growing organisations to turn plans into action and create demonstrable community impact.

With senior leadership roles at Amazon Prime Video and Sony Pictures, I bring a calm, systemic approach to business development - combining commercial strategy, organisational design and operational delivery. Across my career, I've led large-scale programmes, spanning commercial partnerships, content operations and organisational re-design - from managing multi-studio relationships and smaller creative partner start-ups, to leading cultural tranformation across diverse International teams.
